The personnel were incredibly kind and helpful , offering great service throughout my stay. The beachfront location was beautiful and made for a memorable getaway.

Limited amenities detracted from the experience , including sparse beach shade and a lack of mini bar options in the room.

During our stay, we loved the variety of activities available at the resort, allowing us to unwind and enjoy ourselves. The meals were fantastic, especially at Sumo's sushi spot! Our special needs son's autism support dog was welcomed, which made us feel at home.

My kids wished there were more shaded spots at the beach.

Just a prime choice for a brief weekend stay in Cancun with great value-to-price ratio. The bartenders were fantastic, making the experience even better. Try to arrive early if you want a good spot on the beach.

The resort shows its age with outdated facilities. the furniture in the room exudes a musty scent and overall could use a refresh. Limited beach shade options led to uncomfortable sun exposure, with only a handful of umbrellas available, often claimed by early risers. Additionally, amenities like in-room coffee or a mini bar felt sparse, creating a less than ideal in-room experience.

the golden parnassus resort & spa had amazing staff, constantly attentive and friendly at the beach bar and poolside. food options were good and the beach area was always kept clean and pleasant. room service menus offered delightful choices!

Great beachfront access. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The themed dinners provided a fun atmosphere, but limited shade options on the beach made it uncomfortable at times. Our Deluxe Ocean Room was clean, but the furnishings felt outdated.

the room was a bit musty. but the beach access was fantastic, and the pool area had plenty of space to relax. the staff were super friendly! ! enjoyed the delicious Mexican BBQ by the pool.
